4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation

5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Payment Terms
- Bills are issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days of the bill date
- Payment can be made by direct debit, credit/debit card, or bank transfer
- All prices include VAT at the current rate
- Standing charges and unit rates are clearly stated in your contract
5.2 Late Payment
Late payment charges may apply if bills are not paid by the due date. We reserve the right to:
- Charge interest on overdue amounts
- Suspend services for non-payment
- Engage debt collection agencies
- Install prepayment meters where appropriate
5.3 Price Changes
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. You have the right to terminate your contract without penalty if you do not accept the price change.
6. Energy Supply Terms
6.1 Supply Commencement
Energy supply will commence on the agreed date subject to:
- Successful completion of switching procedures
- Settlement of any outstanding debts with previous suppliers
- Satisfactory credit checks
- Meter readings and access arrangements
6.2 Meter Readings
You must provide accurate meter readings when requested or ensure safe access for meter reading. We may estimate readings if actual readings are not available.
6.3 Smart Meters
We may install smart meters as part of our service. Smart meters remain our property and must not be tampered with or interfered with.
6.4 Supply Interruptions
We are not liable for supply interruptions caused by:
- Network operator maintenance or emergencies
- Acts of nature or force majeure events
- Government actions or regulatory requirements
- Customer equipment faults or safety issues
7. Customer Obligations
7.1 General Obligations
- Provide safe and reasonable access to meters and equipment
- Use energy safely and in accordance with applicable regulations
- Report faults, emergencies, or safety concerns immediately
- Notify us of changes in property ownership or occupancy
- Not interfere with meters or energy supply equipment
7.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Resell energy supplied under your contract
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our website and services for their intended purpose. You may not:

We may terminate your contract immediately if:
- You breach these Terms or your supply contract
- You fail to pay bills after proper notice
- You provide false or misleading information
- Continued supply would be unsafe or illegal
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- You must pay all outstanding charges
- We will arrange for final meter readings
- Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Surviving provisions of these Terms will continue to apply
